Gina Webb

Gina Webb has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Gina started their career in 2006 as a Customer Service Lead at Circuit City Stores, where they trained new employees, managed cash resources, and assisted customers. In 2010, they worked as an Accounting Intern at Hart Vida & Partners, where they maintained books and records, managed accounting operations, and handled accounts receivable and payable. In 2011, they served as a Finance Intern at Argus Information and Advisory Services, where they trained new employees on financial policies, took on the responsibilities of a staff accountant, and managed employee expenses.

In 2013, Gina joined Wynn Las Vegas as a Junior IT Compliance Analyst, conducting audits and producing necessary reports in accordance with company standards. Gina was later promoted to a full-time role and continued their work until 2015.

Gina then moved to SLS Las Vegas and served as an IT Compliance Manager, ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing policies and procedures. The following year, they joined Barrick Gold Corporation in the same role, where they managed ITGC and SOX controls on a global scale, transformed compliance processes, and delegated responsibilities.

Most recently, Gina has been working at Las Vegas Sands Corp. as a Senior Manager of IT Compliance.

Throughout their career, Gina has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different industries and roles.

Gina Webb pursued their education in a chronological manner. Gina completed their high school education at Hendrick Hudson High School from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they enrolled at SUNY Westchester Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained an Associate Degree in Accounting. Finally, Gina attended Pace University from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management.
