Grace Chen

Grace Chen, MBA has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Grace started their career at Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas as an HR Intern in 2010. From there, they joined Wynn Las Vegas and held various roles including Tower Suites Representative, Casino Services Coordinator, Wynn Tower Suites Front Office Supervisor, and Employment Recruiter in the Hotel Division. Grace then became a Senior Recruiter at Wynn Las Vegas before joining Las Vegas Sands Corp. in 2019. At Las Vegas Sands Corp., Grace held the positions of Sr. Recruiter - Corporate and Manager - Talent Acquisition.

Grace Chen obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from UNLV Lee Business School in 2018. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
