Judy Tomkins

Judy Tomkins is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in securities and corporate affairs. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Associate General Counsel at Las Vegas Sands Corp. since December 2021, Tomkins has previously held significant roles including Member at Chief from February 2022 to February 2023, and Senior Associate General Counsel at Compass from October 2020 to December 2021. Tomkins’ career includes positions at Allergan as Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel from February 2013 to October 2020, as well as an Associate role at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from September 2009 to February 2013. Tomkins holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School, a Master of Science in Theory and History of International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University.
