Leslie Aoki

Leslie Aoki has a diverse work experience in the field of benefits administration and human resources. Leslie currently works for Las Vegas Sands Corp. starting in 2021, where they hold the position of Manager of Benefit Programs. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Analyst at the same company from December 2021 to June 2023.

Before joining Las Vegas Sands Corp., Leslie worked at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas | Las Vegas Sands Corp. from 2017 to 2021. Leslie started as a Senior Benefits Specialist in May 2017 and was promoted to Benefits Analyst in July 2021.

From 2014 to 2017, Leslie worked at Pinnacle Entertainment as a Benefits Manager. In this role, they were responsible for benefits administration for 18 properties and over 15,000 team members across 11 states. Their responsibilities included ACA compliance, 401(k) Plan administration, LOA/FMLA program administration, benefit communication and compliance, and vendor management.

Prior to Pinnacle Entertainment, Leslie worked at The Venetian I The Palazzo, Resort Hotel & Casino I Las Vegas Sands Corp. from 2011 to 2014 as a Benefits Administration Manager.

Leslie began their career at Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa as a Human Resources Coordinator from 2003 to 2006.

Throughout their career, Leslie has gained expertise in benefits administration, compliance, vendor management, and HRIS implementation.

Leslie Aoki obtained a Bachelor's degree in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. This degree was completed between 1999 and 2003. The field of study for the degree was also Travel Industry Management.
