Lucian Blaga

Lucian Blaga began their work experience as the Head of Video at TV Neptun in 1995. Lucian then joined Izexim Group as the VP of Video Production/Partner in 1998. In 2003, Blaga became the Chief Executive Officer of Magma Entertainment, where they successfully launched and managed two TV stations and video production studios in Europe. Lucian also produced award-winning music videos and incorporated advertisers and products into commercials and TV shows. Blaga later joined Arca TV in 2014 as the Director of Creative and Video Production, overseeing all aspects of production and content strategy. In 2022, they joined Pink Cilantro as the Content Director, serving as the creative lead for projects and collaborating with clients and production teams. Currently, Blaga is working at Las Vegas Sands Corp. as the Senior Broadcast Producer/Director, shaping the strategy and operation of the livestream studio component and managing external partners for staffing and execution.

Lucian Blaga pursued their undergraduate studies from 2000 to 2004 at Hyperion, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies.
