Randy Hyzak

Randy Hyzak is currently the CFO at Las Vegas Sands. Randy has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining Las Vegas Sands, Randy was the Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer at Freescale Semiconductor, Ltd. from February 2005 to March 2016. Randy also worked at Ernst & Young LLP from January 1994 to January 2005 as a Senior Manager. Randy is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

Randy Hyzak earned their Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Texas. Randy also holds a certification from the CPA in the state of Texas.

Randy Hyzak reports to Robert G. Goldstein, Chairman & CEO. Randy Hyzak works with Norbert Riezler - SVP, Chief Procurement & Sustainability Officer, Patrick Dumont - President & COO, and Stuart Altman - SVP, Global Chief Compliance Officer.
