Roberto Rea

Roberto Rea is a skilled laboratory technician with extensive experience in water and soil testing. Currently employed at Las Virgenes Municipal Water District since June 2021, Roberto previously held positions as a water treatment operator and lab analyst II at the City of Ventura from August 2019 to June 2021, and as a chemist at Babcock Laboratories, Inc. between December 2016 and August 2019. Roberto’s expertise includes conducting a variety of tests, such as Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), dissolved oxygen levels, and testing for nitrites and chlorines. Roberto holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of California, Riverside, completed in 2016, and a high school diploma from Brawley Union High School, obtained in 2012.
