Jody Kasza is an experienced recruiting professional currently serving as Vice President of Recruiting at LaSalle Network, where expertise in staffing and direct-hire search has been leveraged since January 2018. With a strong background in workforce solutions, Jody previously held the position of Vice President at EG Workforce Solutions from March 2015 to December 2017, and also served in various roles at Advantage xPO, including Operations Manager and Recruitment & Placement Specialist, where transformational leadership skills and strategic workforce planning were demonstrated. Jody's career began with foundational roles in staffing and human resources at Lakeshore Staffing Group, LaSalle Bank, and David Gomez & Associates, culminating in a comprehensive understanding of the recruiting landscape.
