Lloyd Emokpae

Founder and CEO at Lasarrus Clinic and Research Center

Lloyd Emokpae holds a Ph.D. and has worked in various positions in the engineering field. Lloyd founded Lasarrus Clinic and Research Center in 2018 and served as the CEO. From 2014 to 2021, they worked as an Electrical Engineer in the Research and Development division at the Naval Research Laboratory. Prior to that, they worked as an Electronics Engineer at the US Army Aberdeen Test Center from 2008 to 2014 and as an Engineer at Jacobs Engineering from 2007 to 2008.

Lloyd Emokpae, Ph.D. earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2006. Lloyd then went on to pursue their Master's degree in the same field from the same university, which they completed in 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
