Matt Francis

Matt Francis is a seasoned security analyst with experience in various roles within the security and research sectors. Currently serving as Security Analyst II at LaScala since August 2021, previously held the position of Security Analyst I. Prior experience includes a role as Service Desk Analyst at Frontline Managed Services and Fulfillment Associate at Amazon. Notable experience at Asurint involved progressing from Records Researcher to Records Research Supervisor, overseeing a team and driving process improvements. Earlier work for the Cleveland Police Department as a Bureau of Special Investigation Intern included analyzing criminal evidence. Matt Francis holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from John Carroll University and has additional educational background from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
