Joanna Bauer

Joanna Bauer is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer education and technical writing, currently serving as Customer Education Manager and previously as Senior Technical Writer at Laserfiche since December 2011. At Laserfiche, Joanna conducts interviews with customers to document their implementations in the "Quicker Better Safer" book series, contributes to the Laserfiche Solution Exchange, and presents at the annual Empower Conference. Earlier, Joanna worked as a Student Teacher in Mathematics at Renaissance High School for the Arts and as a Research Assistant in Investment Data Analytics at Dimensional Fund Advisors. Joanna holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems and Global Marketing from the University of Southern California and a Single Subject Credential in Foundational Mathematics from California State University, Long Beach.
