Stacey Dibowski

Stacey Dibowski currently serves as the Director of Client Engagement at Laserfiche, leading the Customer Success team to foster client relationships, drive adoption and growth, and integrate customer feedback into strategic decisions across the organization. Prior roles include Principal Services Program Manager and Senior Customer Deployment Manager at ForgeRock, along with Customer Success Manager at Vectra AI and Director of Customer Success at Cylance Inc., where Stacey managed professional services projects and client engagements. Earlier experience includes significant roles at EverFi and The Ohio State University, where responsibilities spanned financial aid counseling, academic advising, and strategic process improvements. Stacey holds an MA in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Social & Behavioral Sciences from The Ohio State University.
