Fabio Brito da Fonseca

Fabio Brito da Fonseca is the Head of Product at Laserhub. Previously, they worked as an MBA Candidate at INSEAD from August 2018 to July 2019. At INSEAD, Fabio conducted analysis of the market, identified best practices, and defined processes, business rules, and KPIs, focusing on the design and implementation of all aspects of the Technology, Logistics & Customer Service. Fabio also established an innovation workflow encompassing cross functional teams, external tech agencies and transportation carriers; Planned growth strategies and coached team, aiming to maximize performance.

In addition, Fabio spearhead the stakeholder of two external tech agencies to establish, improve, and maintain a stable e-commerce platform with 5000 products and multiple payment methods, allowing 400 simultaneous clients. Fabio also recommended, prototyped, and deployed a marketing platform sending over 200.000 e-mails/month.

Finally, Fabio led the operations team and constructed a logistics infra-structure, supporting a peak of 1500 deliveries/month, including large items. Fabio also oversaw the Customer Service team which received more than 4000 tickets/month (email/telephone/chat).

Fabio Brito da Fonseca has a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, a Master of Science in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from Concordia University.
