Joseph Brasfield

Joseph Brasfield is the Co-Chief Investment Officer and Head of Strategy and Capital Markets at Laseter Development Group. They previously spent a decade as an Investment Banker, focusing on strategic transactions and capital raising for both public and private real estate companies. Their earlier roles include Vice President at Moelis & Company, Director of Real Estate Investment Banking at Truist Securities, and Chief Financial Officer at Georgia Capital. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy in Taxation from the University of Georgia, as well as an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
