Lashley Training Center as a whole strives to revolutionize the fitness and martial arts industry with simplicity, for every individual person's vision to become reality, through God's grace, strength, alacrity, integrity, and fulfillment of every member's goal.
The above said is to be accomplished via virtual, in-house, or hybrid service(s). Our team will bring all three together to positively impact our local communities - resulting in better wellness, increased vitality, confidence, discipline, longevity, and better self defense of thousands of families in Knox, Richland, and Licking counties.
As the gym constantly grows, we strive to be a one-stop shop to train your body. Here you can train in Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga, boxing, karate, group fitness, one-on-one personal training, virtual personal training, boot camps, and more! We are a family run gym and our members are part of our family.
