Andrew's legal education culminated in a Doctor of Law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law, focusing on Urban Development, Land Use, and Environmental Law. Additionally, Andrew holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
