Jonathan Hartline

Jonathan Hartline has worked at Lasko Products and Penn State Brandywine Campus. At Lasko Products, they started as a Developer in July 2011 and provided technical support to users on systems designed in-house. Jonathan also trained users on how to use these systems and researched new coding techniques. In April 2016, they became the IT Manager, leading development teams and implementing large-scale technical projects. Jonathan created and enforced coding standards for the department. In July 2019, they transitioned to the role of Business System Analyst, where they provided technical support on internally developed systems and collaborated with users to gather requirements and find long-term solutions for business problems. At Penn State Brandywine Campus, they interned as an IT Technical Support Intern from September 2010 to April 2011, providing Level 1 help desk support and resolving technical issues for students, faculty, and staff.

Jonathan Hartline attended Penn State University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science and Technology.
