Ryan Humphrey

Ryan Humphrey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ryan is currently employed as the Distribution Center Manager at Lasko Products, specifically in the Guardian Technologies division. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at Hadrian as the Operations Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing plant operations and performance, managing KPIs, and driving continuous improvement projects. Ryan also held the role of Operations Coordinator at Hadrian, specializing in freight carrier management and warehouse workflow. In this position, they managed inventory, arranged logistics, and implemented projects to enhance operational efficiency and improve the customer experience. Ryan's previous experience includes working as a Warehouse Distribution Specialist at McMaster-Carr, as well as in medical records conversion at Drs. Levine, Reigle, and Schneider Inc. Ryan also has experience in various roles at Xavier University, including Resident Assistant and Summer Conference Assistant and Intern. Additionally, Ryan has worked as part of the grounds crew at Mayfield-Sand Ridge Club and as a Repackaging Operator at North American Plastics.

Ryan Humphrey attended West Geauga High School from 2003 to 2007. Ryan then went on to Xavier University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) with a focus on Management. In 2011, Ryan enrolled in Cleveland State University and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2012.
