Carlos Mateus

Carlos Mateus has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving in the HR Department at LASO Transportes S.A. since April 2020, overseeing payroll processing across multiple countries. Previously, Carlos worked at Derichebourg Facility Services, S.A. as the HR Manager for the Southern Operations, where responsibilities included administrative HR tasks and coordination with the HR Department. Earlier in career, Carlos held the position of Recruitment and Selection Coordinator at REDITUS SA, managing recruitment teams and overseeing outsourcing operations. Carlos holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa, obtained between 2000 and 2007.
