Hedda Båverud Olsson

Hedda Båverud Olsson has been working in the industry since 2010. Hedda started their career at EMI Music as a PR & Social Media Strategy Manager in 2010. In 2012, they moved to Universal Music Group as a Project Manager / PR / Junior A&R - Roxy Recordings. In 2016, they worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs and as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company. From 2017 to 2020, they were an Investment Professional at EQT Group. Most recently, they have been the Co-founder and CEO of Lassie since 2020.

Hedda Båverud Olsson received a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they studied Political Science at Uppsala University. Hedda also attended Berghs School of Communication to study Communication & PR.
