Samantha Mahnke is a versatile professional with extensive experience across various roles in customer service, management, and culinary arts. Currently serving as a Client Success Specialist at Last Call Trivia since February 2023, Samantha has implemented strategies that have significantly improved client satisfaction and retention. As the Owner of Horizons Design Initiative and an Independent Wine Consultant, Samantha specializes in wine pairings and development for consumers and small businesses. Previous roles include Realtor Sales Associate at Macken Realty, Cocktail Server at Walt Disney World, and Executive Assistant to the CEO of True Alliance Health Group, where Samantha managed office operations and financial responsibilities. Samantha also has experience in senior care coordination, menu creation as Executive Chef at Mindful Meal, and general management in the hospitality industry. An alumnus of The Culinary Institute of America, Samantha holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
