Tiago M. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Tiago is currently working as the Engineering and Infrastructures Director at LAST TOUR, where they oversee comprehensive site design for music festivals. Prior to this, Tiago held positions such as the Events Management Post Graduation Director at Católica Porto Business School and a Consultant and Head of Projects at Losberger De Boer - Middle East and Central Asia, where they played a key role in planning and designing physical spaces for events. Tiago has also worked as an Ambassador for Sustainable Events post Covid at Positive Impact Events and as the General Manager Brazil - MTD Water for Events at MTD pure water. In addition, Tiago has previous experience as the Head of Productions and Operations at Angra Marcas and as an Aviation Commercial Pilot.

Tiago M. has a diverse education history. Tiago attended Católica Porto Business School in 2022 for an intensive program in Management Strategy. In 2010, Tiago obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aeronautical Sciences from Estácio. Tiago further honed their aviation skills by completing various pilot certifications, including a Single and Multi Engine Land Commercial Pilot certification from the American Flying Academy in 2009 and a Private Pilot IFR certification from Phoenix East Aviation in the same year. Additionally, Tiago obtained a Single and Multi Commercial Pilot IFR Rated certification from Aeroclube do Brasil in 2012. Their secondary education was completed at Escola Secundária José Macedo Fragateiro in Ovar, Portugal from 1989 to 1997. Tiago also holds additional certifications, such as Commercial Pilot ME IFR Twin Engine & Single Engine from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2017 and Aeronautical Sciences Bachelor from Estácio in 2013. Tiago has also obtained an English Proficiency Level5 certification from The International Civil Aviation Organization.
