Natalia Cano

Natalia Cano has a strong background in HR and people management. Natalia is currently working as a People Lead at Last.app, a position they started in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HRBP at Tangelo from January 2022 to May 2022.

Before joining Last.app and Tangelo, Natalia held the role of Tech & Data HRBP at Zinobe from August 2019 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for designing and executing talent management and employee engagement strategies. Natalia worked closely with business managers to integrate Zinobe's culture into the employee experience and support business goals.

Earlier in their career, Natalia worked at BBVA Colombia. From October 2018 to August 2019, they served as an Advanced Analytics- People & Talent Specialist, where they created and monitored talent development plans for advanced analytics projects. Natalia also led the Advanced Analytics Community of Practice in Colombia. Prior to this role, they were an Employee Experience Professional- Talent & Culture from January 2016 to October 2018. In this position, they focused on training and development, career planning, and e-learning initiatives for over 5,000 employees.

Natalia's career began at Adecco in August 2015, where they worked as a Finance Analyst for BBVA. Natalia implemented customer loyalty actions and managed payroll and client classification. Natalia also had a trainee role at BBVA Colombia from December 2014 to June 2015, where they supported marketing strategies, implemented commercial actions, and performed monitoring and reporting activities.

Natalia Cano completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Administration and Business Management at Universidad Camilo José Cela from 2017 to 2018. During the same period, they also obtained a Master's degree in Marketing and Commercial Management from the same institution. Prior to this, from 2008 to 2016, Natalia studied at Universidad de La Sabana, where they earned a degree in Service Institution Management. Natalia has additional certifications including Scrum Master professional certificate (SMPC), Scrum Product Owner professional certificate (SPOPC), Scrum foundations professional certificate (SFPC), and a Scrum Product Owner Professional Certificate obtained in August 2020, all from CertiProf.
