Scott Dresner

Scott Dresner has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in IT and digital technology solutions. Scott recently joined LastPass as the VP of IT - Digital Technology Solutions in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at GoTo for four years as the Senior Director Enterprise Applications, leading and transforming a global enterprise applications team. Scott was responsible for supporting and enhancing core SaaS applications such as Salesforce.com and NetSuite to drive business value. Before that, Scott worked as the Global IT Director at Boston Scientific for two years and as the VP of Enterprise Back Office Systems at NTT DATA Americas for two years, where they managed large-scale global teams and oversaw SAP ERP and BI applications implementation.

Earlier in their career, Scott served as the Associate Director of CRM Service Delivery at Merck Group, managing a global team responsible for Salesforce.com applications. Scott also worked as the Applications Manager for CRM and HRIS at Bose Corporation for ten years, where they managed CRM and HRIS application teams and played a crucial role in integrating systems and deploying Workday globally.

Before joining Bose, Scott held roles such as CRM Supervisor at PTC, CRM Application Consultant at SAP, and Operations Manager at HP. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in driving operational excellence, managing vendor relationships, developing technology roadmaps, and delivering value through technology solutions.

Scott Dresner holds an MBA in Management from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Operations Management from the same institution, studying from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, Scott has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Next Gen Leadership Development Program - Cohort #1 from InspireCIO Leadership Network in June 2021, Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile Framework Certification Training in December 2020, Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in May 2012, Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute in July 2011, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation v3 from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2009.
