Tom Weigman

Tom Weigman has over 20 years of work experience in the laser technology industry. Tom is currently the Vice President of Technology at LasX Industries, Inc. since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked at 3M as a Sr. Manufacturing Technology Specialist from November 2013 to May 2019. Tom also has experience as a Laser Development Specialist at Sakti3, Inc. from August 2012 to September 2013, and as a Laser Process Development Manager and Development Engineer at First Solar from 2010 to 2012. Before that, they worked at LasX Industries, Inc. as a Controls Engineering Manager from 1998 to 2010. Additionally, they had a period of self-employment as an Independent Contractor from 1996 to 2005, and worked as a Project Engineer at Laser Machining, Inc. from 1992 to 1998.

Tom Weigman attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1988 to 1992. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
