Andrew Harvey

Andrew Harvey has worked in various roles in the engineering industry since 1984. Andrew started their career as a Project Engineer at Traction Systems Limited, where they designed prototype and project special purpose lifting equipment. In 1988, they joined Robert Cort & Son Limited as Chief Engineer and Project Engineer, where they were the lead for authoring of technical documentation for the design and manufacture of the product range of Cort valves. Andrew also ensured compliance of the product range with regulatory and legislative requirements, including the Pressure Equipment Directive (CE marking). In 2011, they were appointed as Site Director at ROBERT CORT VALVES LIMITED (A Flow Group Company), where they managed the Cort valve manufacturing business during a period of growth and personal development. In 2015, they joined Wärtsilä Valves Limited as Senior Design Engineer, providing technical, manufacturing, and sales support for production of Cort valves at the Hull site. Andrew is currently employed as a Project Manager at LAT Water Limited since 2019.

Andrew Harvey attended the University of Hertfordshire, where they earned a B.Sc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering.
