Graziella Rea Domingos has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as a Senior Benefits and Quality of Life Analyst at LATAM Airlines since May 2019, focusing on quality of life programs and various employee benefits negotiations. Prior to that, Graziella worked at EY from October 2014 to May 2019, holding roles as a Senior Consultant in People Advisory Services and a Tax Consultant, where responsibilities included labor and social security consulting, payroll testing, and legal compliance analysis. Graziella also contributed to Mercado Livre as a Junior Human Resources Analyst and gained initial accounting experience at Tel Telecomunicações Ltda.
