Merly Aguilar

Merly Aguilar has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Merly started their career at Laboratorios Vargas, S.A. as an Industrial Engineer Intern in December 2007 and later became a Production Engineer from March to November 2008. Merly then joined Oxygen Development as a Production Engineering Manager from March 2010 to January 2011. Since 2011, they have been working at LATAM Airlines, starting as a Crew Scheduler analyst and gradually progressing to roles such as Crew Scheduler Planning Analyst, Crew Scheduler Planning Manager, Network Economics Manager, Operations Control Center Director, and VP Revenue Management North America - Cargo. Currently, they hold the position of Network Strategy VP (Cargo) at LATAM Airlines.

Merly Aguilar attended UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering.
