Nadia Castro Delgado

Nadia Castro Delgado has over 6 years of work experience in various roles. Nadia worked as Head of Internal Communications at LATAM Airlines from September 2019 to present. Prior to that, they were a Mentora de Empleabilidad at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú starting in September 2016. From September 2018 to September 2019, they worked as Head of Culture & Communications at Niubiz. Nadia also has experience in teaching and presenting as a Docente y Expositora at the Dirección de Extensión y Proyección Universitaria from February 2018 to July 2019. Other roles include working as a Consultora de Comunicaciones at the MINISTERIO DE EDUCACION from March 2017 to May 2018, Coordinadora de Marketing Interno at LATAM Airlines from October 2015 to February 2017, Pre docente at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú from March 2013 to July 2016, and as an Analyst in Clima y Cultura at Oechsle and Financiera Oh! from August 2014 to September 2015. Nadia Castro Delgado received a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree in Communication for Development from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in 2012. Nadia then pursued a Diploma in Human Resources from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in 2014-2015. In 2015-2016, they completed a specialization in Positive Psychology from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Additionally, they obtained certifications in various fields, including Professional Coaching, Content Strategy, Product Management, UX | UI, Human-Centered Design, and Power of Purpose from different institutions between 2018 and 2023.
