Patricia Arias Gamboa has extensive experience in customer care management at LATAM Airlines, having served in various capacities since March 1995. Currently, Patricia holds the position of Customer Care Manager, overseeing the customer service team in post-sale operations for LATAM Cargo across North America, Europe, and South America, focusing on recovery services and continuous process improvement. Prior to this role, Patricia was the Consignee Sales Manager, responsible for maintaining relationships with importer clients, particularly Freight Forwarders, and supporting local logistics in international contexts.
