Mauricio Esteban Mora Morgado has a diverse range of work experience. Mauricio Esteban started their career in 2005 as the General Manager of Dilamor Ltda., where they successfully implemented a management integrated system and increased productivity by 20% annually. Mauricio Esteban then moved on to work as an R&D Project Manager at the University of Chile, where they formulated and evaluated scientific and technological research projects in the mining sector.

In 2009, Mauricio became an Economic Researcher of Political Economy at Kyoto University, where they conducted research on macroeconomic country context analysis and presented their findings at international conferences. Mauricio Esteban then joined SCM Minera Lumina Copper Chile in 2012, initially as a PMO Senior Engineer in the Strategic Planning Department, where they designed and implemented the business model master plan and created a transversal report for business model risk management.

At SCM Minera Lumina Copper Chile, Mauricio also served as an IOC Senior Engineer, leading a project team and managing a budget of $5.3 million. In 2015, they established their own consulting company, Nexis Group, focused on strategic management in the mining industry.

Most recently, Mauricio served as the CEO of Latam Investment Group, where they led companies related to minerals extraction, minerals processes, and mining services. Mauricio Esteban also focused on minerals ecological refinery, generating added value at 99.99% purity.

Mauricio Esteban Mora Morgado has a Master's degree in Economics, specializing in dynamic modeling and input-output analyses, which they obtained from Kyoto University in the years 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Universidad de Chile, where they earned a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering with a focus on management and economics between 1996 and 2002.
