Humza Adam

Humza Adam's work experience begins in 2000 as an Instructor at the Florida Institute of Technology. In 2007, they transitioned to Bombardier, where they worked in Sales, Marketing, and AMG. From 2010 to 2010, Humza served as an Engagement Manager at Endeavour Volunteer Consulting for Non-Profits. In 2019, they joined KBE Intelligence as the Cyber-Risk and Privacy Practice Head for North America. Following that, Humza held positions as Director at IDENTOS Inc., Adjunct Professor at Seneca College, and Strategic Mentor at ventureLAB. In 2022, they became a Factional CRO/CSO/CMO at LatAm Startups. Finally, in 2016, Humza founded HFactor Solutions, where they currently serve as the Founder and CEO.

Humza Adam has a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. Humza also holds an MSc. (with Basis in Human Factors) from the same institution. Additionally, Humza has completed the CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) School at Pavilion and received a Revenue Architecture Certification from Winning By Design.
