Min-Kyu Jung has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2015, they co-founded Tutor House, a student-founded organization aimed at improving academic performance. Min-Kyu led a team of four founders and over 100 tutors, receiving recognition as the New Zealand Runner Up in the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards and being named a Finalist for Most Outstanding Fledgling Business in The David Awards. In 2016, Min-Kyu worked as a Summer Law Clerk at Bell Gully. Min-Kyu then joined the law firm full-time in 2019 as a Solicitor, where they advised on significant capital raises for Asset Plus. In 2021, Min-Kyu became the Co-Founder and CEO of Latch.
