Priscilla Debar

Priscilla Debar is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and sustainability. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Latch since November 2022, Priscilla is also the Founder of FAUBOURG, a social impact platform for ethical fashion that has been featured in Vogue and Forbes. Priscilla's previous roles include leading the global Go-To-Market legal organization at Acoustic, as well as serving as Senior Counsel at Peyrot & Associates PC, where representation included domestic and foreign corporate clients in complex transactions. Priscilla has consulted for prominent firms such as Citi and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP on significant legal matters. Additionally, Priscilla is a member of Chief, a network supporting women in executive leadership. Educational qualifications include an LLM in Intellectual Property & Information Technology Law from Fordham University and a Master's in Intellectual Property Law from Université Paris Nanterre.
