Laura Bravo Priegue

Laura Bravo Priegue is a skilled Machine Learning Engineer currently working at Tucuvi since July 2024, with prior experience in similar roles at Anya by LatchAid and Spoon Guru. At Spoon Guru, Laura led the design and development of a Multilabel Text Classification Model that improved processing time through the implementation of a deep neural network. Laura's career began at Codec, starting as an intern and achieving two rapid promotions to Data Analyst and then Data Scientist, where notable contributions included the development of proprietary algorithms for text classification and culturally-defined audience networks. Before Codec, Laura worked as a Research Assistant in Machine Learning at UCL and has experience as a Spanish tutor and freelance translator. Laura holds a Master's degree in Information Technology with a focus on Machine Learning from UCL, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Sciences, specializing in Linguistics and Computer Science.
