Heather Rice

Heather Rice has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Heather worked at Latcha+Associates as the Director of Product Information, overseeing the coordination and development of vehicle catalog stories, features, and specifications. Prior to that, they were the Associate Director of Product Information at the same company. Heather also worked as a Product Specialist, conducting research and substantiating claims for use in vehicle catalogs, advertising, and websites. Heather was contracted to Ford Motor Company through Integrated Management Systems, where they served as a Marketing Analyst, authoring vehicle order guides and validating sales materials. Before that, they worked at Integrated Management Systems as a Project Technician, facilitating communication between departments and developing business cases. Additionally, Heather gained experience at American Express Financial Advisors as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant, and at PhonCheck as a Personal Assistant to the Operations Manager, where they developed databases and managed telecommunication projects.

Heather Rice obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Finance, General, from Western Michigan University between 1994 and 1999. In 1998, they received a Certificate of completion in Spanish Language and Literature from Fundación Ortega y Gasset. Additionally, in October 2022, they obtained certification in "Make the Move from Individual Contributor to Manager" from LinkedIn.
