Kate Paddon

Kate Paddon is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in event space design, digital marketing, and print materials. Since February 2007, Paddon has contributed to Latcha+Associates, managing projects for Subaru of America by designing floor plans, user experiences, and marketing collateral while collaborating closely with clients and various specialists. Prior to this role, Paddon worked at Budco: The Dialogue Company, leading creative projects and supervising designers from concept to completion, and gained foundational experience as a graphic design intern at Buffington Design LLC. Paddon holds a BA with honors in Graphic Communication from the College for Creative Studies, earned in 1999.
