Tracey Ruffin has a diverse background in marketing intelligence, performance analytics, CRM analytics, and business analysis. Tracey began their career as an Operations Analyst at Central Transport in 2003, and then worked as a Business Analyst at both Sitel and IBM Global Services. In 2006, they joined Team Detroit as a VP and Senior Analytics Manager, specializing in CRM analytics. From 2011 to 2016, Tracey worked at MRM//McCann as a VP and Director of Performance Analytics. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President and Head of Marketing Intelligence at Latcha+Associates, where they have been since November 2016.
Tracey Ruffin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Ferris State University between 1997 and 2002.
