Alfredo Andere

Alfredo Andere is a software engineer and entrepreneur who is currently the co-founder and CEO of LatchBio. Prior to LatchBio, Alfredo worked at Google as a software engineer on the Tensorflow-NumPy framework. Alfredo also served as president of Machine Learning at Berkeley and as a researcher at the University of California, San Francisco.

Alfredo's experience with Tensorflow and NumPy has given him the skills necessary to develop LatchBio, a company that is working on developing a new way to deliver drugs and other treatments to cells. The company is still in its early stages, but Alfredo is confident that the team they have assembled will be able to develop a successful product.

Alfredo Andere completed a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley. Alfredo also attended high school at Instituto Cumbres San Javier in Guadalajara, Mexico. In addition, Alfredo Andere has certification from Coursera in Machine Learning, US Sailing in Small Boat Sailor, PADI in Open Water Diver, and Accel in UC Berkeley Accel Scholar.
