María Victoria Muscatello Ares has extensive work experience in the field of marketing and media. María Victoria currently works as the Global Market Manager at Latcom, where they lead a team of Media Chiefs for various global markets and oversees the development of global strategies and local campaign planning for Out of Home and digital campaigns.

Prior to their current role, María worked at DIRECTV Latin America as the Media Operations Lead for LATAM, where they provided leadership and coordination for the Media Chiefs team in multiple Latin American markets. María Victoria was responsible for developing media strategies for offline and online channels specific to each local market.

María also has experience working at Santander Argentina as the Responsible for Direct and Mass Marketing. In this role, they developed communication strategies, implemented 360 campaigns, and managed logistics for point-of-sale communication.

Earlier in their career, María worked for LATCOM as the Manager for the Southern Cone Market, where they supervised and coordinated the Market Chiefs team for Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia. María Victoria was responsible for campaign planning, implementation, control, and audits for the entire region. Additionally, María held the role of Market Chief for Argentina at LATCOM, where they coordinated planners and assistants for the region, negotiated and monitored agreements with media, and developed strategic communication plans.

Before joining LATCOM, María gained media planning experience at Havas Media Group, where they worked as a Planner for The Coca Cola Company account. María Victoria was responsible for media planning, developing media strategies, and implementing national campaigns.

María's early work experience includes roles at Sanatorio Güemes as a Customer Service Supervisor and Appointment Scheduling and Authorization Management, at ARPA Organización de Seguridad as an Administrative Assistant, and at various hotels as an intern in accounting, administrative and financial management, and front desk departments.

Throughout their career, María has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in media planning and marketing communication.

María Victoria Muscatello Ares has a diverse education history. In 2003 to 2005, they attended La Suisse and obtained a Técnico Sup. en Organización y Administración Hotelera degree. After that, they pursued a Licenciatura en Publicidad degree from 2008 to 2014 at the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales. In 2017, they completed a Curso de Posgrado Diplomatura Programa Ejecutivo en Negociación y Comunicación Organizacional at the same university. In 2020 to 2021, they studied at IEBS and obtained a Posgrado en Marketing Digital y Community Management degree. Most recently, in 2022, they received a Certificación en Metodologías Ágiles in Gestion de Proyectos from the Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21'.

Maria Victoria Muscatello Ares also holds additional certifications. María Victoria obtained a PDOOH for Buyers certification from doohx in June 2023. In May 2020, they received certifications in "Instagram para empresas" and "SCRUM con un café" from LinkedIn. María Victoria also obtained a Certificación de Google Analytics in May 2023 from Skillshop.
