Late Co. LLC is a California-based media company founded by comedian and TV host Ben Gleib to produce bold, independent, digital-first entertainment.

Its flagship property—an original late night talk show created specifically for the internet and social media—blends comedy, culture, and meaningful conversation in a format unconstrained by traditional networks. Premiering in Spring 2026, the show is built for global reach, brand integration, and direct audience connection.

Late Co. develops premium studio-quality content, strategic partnerships, and scalable media IP designed for the next era of entertainment.

Gleib’s prior media ventures include co-creating and scaling Comedy Juice into the premier live stand-up brand in the country before successfully exiting the company in 2017. He also created The Telethon for America, a groundbreaking nonpartisan civic engagement broadcast that reinvented the telethon, and featured 95 of the world’s most biggest celebrities. It was hosted in 2018 by Gleib and Olivia Munn, and in 2020 by Gleib and Rosario Dawson, both of whom also executive produced along with Alyssa Milano. The Telethon for America was produced in partnership with RepresentUs and Michelle Obama’s When We All Vote, with additional partners including Comedy Central, MTV, Rock the Vote, GLAAD, BET, and Funny Or Die.

He is also the founder of Nowhere Comedy (now Nowhere Studios), which reinvented live touring during the pandemic by producing large-scale digital comedy events that came close to re-creating the experience of attending a show in person, featuring some of the biggest names in comedy, including Bill Burr, Sarah Silverman, John Cleese of Monty Python, Mike Birbiglia, and countless others. The platform generated millions in revenue, reached global audiences at a time when live entertainment and community were deeply needed, and was recognized as the #3 innovator that changed comedy in 2020.
