Masha Russac is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry. As Co-Founder of L'ATELIER PARFUM since January 2020, Masha draws from a robust background that includes serving as Marketing Director for Europe at L’OCCITANE Group, where initiatives led to significant market share gains and increment sales across multiple markets.
