Pietrzak Mikolaj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the retail and management sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder of L'ATELIER PARFUM since January 2020. Previously, Mikolaj held various high-level positions within L’OCCITANE Group from September 2008 to May 2019, including General Manager for L'Occitane Western Europe & Russia, Managing Director of L'Occitane Russia, and General Manager for Central Europe and Poland. Throughout these roles, Mikolaj demonstrated expertise in managing multimillion-dollar operations across multiple countries, implementing innovative customer experience strategies, and driving significant market share growth amid challenging environments. Mikolaj’s career also includes a tenure as Commercial Director at Conforama, where strategic commercial and marketing initiatives were developed. Academically, Mikolaj holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from iaelyon School of Management and a Master's degree in Management & Marketing from the University of Lodz.
