Boobesh Ramadurai

Boobesh Ramadurai is currently the Business Head at LatentView Analytics. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Manager at GE Capital from November 2011 to November 2013. There, they were part of the Global analytics COE team managing Collection Analytics team which took care of strategy projects, forecasting, and reporting. Boobesh also built forecasting models to project monthly dollars with a high level of accuracy around 99.9% most of the months, and automated monthly dashboards which replaced 70 client reports and reduced 70% of the man-hours.

Before GE Capital, Boobesh Ramadurai worked as an Assistant Manager at Encore Capital Group from November 2009 to November 2011. There, they were part of the Global Analytics team which took care of all deliverables in the call center operations like Account management, Marketing discount strategy, Servicing strategy, Agent skill alignment. As part of the account management, they build a predictive model that identified the best account to target for faster Liquidity. Boobesh also built Agent scorecard which is widely used by the HR team to understand Agents monthly performance, Target setting, decide promotion and to give out R &R’s. Boobesh Ramadurai was closely involved with the Top management in the yearly Budgeting and Forecasting Call center operations.

Boobesh Ramadurai received a B.E in ECE from Anna University and won the Commendations award in AusDM2009 Analytic Challenge.
