Dan Incropera

Dan Incropera, CPA, currently serves as Vice President and Controller at Later since November 2023. Previously, Dan held the position of Finance Director at Microsoft from 2020 to 2023 following the acquisition of Affirmed Networks, where Dan was Controller from 2015 to 2020. Earlier career experiences include serving as Corporate Controller at Datawatch Corporation from 2006 to 2014 and Controller at Pennichuck Corp from 2003 to 2006. Dan started at Genesys Conferencing as Assistant Controller from 1998 to 2002 and began a career in auditing as Audit Manager at Grant Thornton LLP from 1991 to 1998. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Merrimack College.
