Kieran Airey-Lee has a diverse range of work experience in research roles. Kieran currently works as a UX Researcher at Later, where they conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user insights and preferences, aligning research initiatives with business goals. Previously, they worked as a Research Analyst and Research Moderator at Ubisoft Montréal, specializing in the game For Honor. In these roles, they conducted surveys, interviews, and user tests to provide insights and direction for game development. Before that, they worked as an FQA Tester at Keywords Studios, where they found and categorized bugs in upcoming game titles. Kieran also has experience as a Research Assistant at Concordia University, where they contributed to cataloging and organizing a collection of gaming consoles and facilitated workshops for students interested in console modification.

Kieran Airey-Lee attended Concordia University from 2015 to 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing.
