Abby Gordon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Abby currently holds the position of Principal at Lateral Link since January 2023. Furthermore, Abby served as a Litigation Paralegal at Hill & Barlow, where they assisted in the impeachment investigation and trial of New Hampshire Supreme Court Chief Justice David A. Brock. Abby also handled trial preparation, wrote affidavits and memoranda, conducted witness interviews, and participated in pro bono immigration and asylum cases.

Abby's international experiences include being a Fulbright Scholar at the International Rescue Committee in Spain, where they studied refugee rights. Abby interviewed asylum-seekers, wrote reports supporting asylum claims, aided applicants for third country resettlement, and taught courses for refugees to be resettled in the United States. Additionally, they interned at the International Institute of Humanitarian Law and the Academy of European Law, where they gained valuable experience in the field.

Abby Gordon completed their Bachelor of Arts in Government/Romance Languages at Dartmouth College from 1994 to 1998. Abby then pursued further education at Georgetown University Law Center, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from 2002 to 2005.
