Kevin Iniguez

Kevin Iniguez is an experienced professional in real estate acquisitions and development, currently serving as an Associate in Acquisitions & Development at LaTerra Development since July 2022. Previously, Kevin held the position of Senior Associate in the Real Estate Advisory Group at Duff & Phelps, and prior to that, worked as an Investment Associate in Acquisitions & Development at The Festival Companies, a leading developer and operator of retail and mixed-use properties. Kevin began their career as an Analyst in Acquisitions at Highpoint Capital Group, LLC, after interning in the same field. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Southern California.
