Casey Brower

Casey Brower is currently serving as the HRIS and HR Operations Leader at Latham, The Pool Company since February 2025. Previously, Brower held the position of People Analytics Leader at Cornerstone Building Brands from November 2020 to November 2024, where responsibilities included setting strategy and governance for a newly established department and leading multiple projects in a matrix environment. Prior roles include Senior HR Technology Analyst focusing on HR Data Analytics at Cornerstone, Principal Consultant at CGB Consulting, and Senior HRIS Consultant at RemX. Casey's experience also encompasses a role as Senior HRIS Analyst at Albany Medical Center, contributing to the implementation of Workday HCM. Brower holds a BA in Psychology/Business from the University at Albany.
