Perry Woodward is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in both law firm leadership and public service. Currently a Partner at Lathrop GPM LLP since October 2024, Perry previously served as Executive Vice President and Shareholder at Hopkins & Carley from January 2016 to November 2024, and held various roles including Shareholder and Of Counsel. Additionally, Perry was the Mayor and a Council Member for the City of Gilroy from November 2007 to December 2016 and chaired the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board (Caltrain) during that period, representing the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA). Perry also served as the Chair of the Board of Directors for VTA from January 2010 to December 2016. Prior to this, Perry was a Partner at Terra Law LLP from April 2000 to December 2015. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economic Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
